Product Details
Cold rolled steel are used as the raw materials. 1.5mm thickness. The main components are feet, column leg, hand crank and screw mandrel hidden in legs. T shaped design can make more stability and even. We can provide a desk for 1 person, two persons, also manager office desk for now. OEM and ODM are acceptable once your quantity reached our limit. Using universal driving shaft to lead the lifting up and down directing with 8mm per second in speed. At the same time, the shaft are connected with hand crank. So it will lift when you turn the hand crank. Also the lead screws are installed inside the column in both side. Without any electricity power, it is easily and environmental. You need to control the weight well put on the desk top. It can only load 60kg with desk top in. The stroke is 480mm, and the width range can be adjusted between 1100 and 1600mm. It means you can choose the wider desk top if space available.
This hand crank is made of three parts, hand shank, link bar and universal driving shaft. It is very simple and easily operation. You just need to install it with the middle shaft and then it will work normally. The electrical handsets can also be an option to you if you think it is ugly or not function very well. In consideration of save your cost, single motor model HDR-UD3 may be a good choice for you. It can lift automaticlly, and more easily to control. T shaped design in feet make sure the balance. You can see 6 holes in the column, it used for fix the plastic pad inside to keep steady. We used powder painting surface technology to keep a better performance of metal so as to lengthen using life. There are two heightening pad under the feet. It is just like a screw with hard plastic part. Using it or not is according to your ground material. But it will be put into the packing of parts.
