1. Do you provide samples? is it free or extra?
A: Yes, we can offer the samples for your evaluation. You need to pay the sample fee and shipping fee. But we promise to deduct the sample fee if we make an agreement on mass production later.


2. Do you have any MOQ limit for orders?
A: Low MOQ, small orders are available.


3. How long is your delivery time for the sample and bulk order?
A: Generally it is 5-10 days for the sample, It is 30-40 days for the 20ft/40ft container. It needs to be negotiable if you want OEM or ODM.


4. How do you ship the sample to me?
A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx, or TNT, It about takes 5-7 days to arrive.?


5. What shipping terms are available?
EXW (Factory Delivery), FOB (Freight on Board), CIF (Cost Insurance Freight), and others, you can contact Business Managers should you require any other type of delivery requirements.


6. How long does it take for the product to arrive after shipping?
IMPORTANT NOTE: The time it takes to ship from China to a?different country will vary.
Normally, Americans have an approximate lead time of 20-30 days. Germany has an approximate lead time of 30-40 days. Southeast Asian countries have an approximate lead time of 10-15 days.
